Conduct - professional, friendly, knowledgeable.
I have been very impressed with this agency, with a special mention to Jacob who managed my tenancy and Anna who assisted with inspections. I have been a long-term tenant and have felt at ease to approach them with any questions.  The gap between landlord and tenant was bridged smoothly with excellent communication. I highly recommend this agency to any potential landlords.
